Doi Mae Salong is a small town in Northern Thailand. It is located on the top of the Doi Mae Salong mountain.

This town is famous for its tea plantations and natural scenery. It also houses two Buddhist temples which are worth visiting. The best time to visit this place is during the dry season, so that you can enjoy all the natural beauty and at the same time avoid getting wet in rainy season.

เราได้เช่ารถพร้อมคนขับ จำราคาที่แน่นอนไม่ได้แต่ไม่เกินพันห้าร้อยบาทแน่นอนค่ะ

ถ้ามองจากบนนี้ลงไปจะเห็นวิวดอยแม่สลองสวยงามมาก

ขั้นตอนในการชงชาดื่ม

พอคว่ำแบบรูปข้างล่างนี้แล้ว เราก็ดึงถ้วยทรงสูงขึ้นน้ำชาก็จะออกมา
เรายังสามารถนำถ้วยทรงสูงมานวดกับฝ่ามือเรา โดยการคลึงๆไปในขณะที่ยังมีความร้อนอยู่ตอนที่เรากำลังนั่งชิมชา ที่ไร่เขามีการเก็บชากันซึ่งเราพลาดเพราะมัวแต่ชิมชา เลยได้เห็นแค่ตอนที่พี่ๆเขาแบกชา
จากลักษณะที่พี่เขาแบกกันมา รู้สึกว่าหนักมาก

ต่อไปเราก็จะไปกันที่ Tea Center ณ ดอยแม่สลอง
ตั้งใจจะมาชิมเค๊กชาเขียว แต่วันนี้เขาไม่ได้ทำ T^T
ไม่เป็นไรคะ ชิมอย่างอื่นได้555+

เราจะไปต่อกันที่ไร่กาแฟและสตรอเบอรรี่
ซึ่งเป็นไร่ของครอบครัวพี่ที่ขับรถให้เราในวันนี้นะคะ
แต่น่าเสียดายคุยอะไรกันไม่ได้มากเพราะพี่เขาเป็นคนไต้หวัน พี่เขาไม่ค่อยได้ทั้งไทยและอังกฤษก็เลยหมดปัญญาหาวิธีคุยเลย
แต่เราก็พอเข้าใจกัน

ระหว่างทางไปไร่สตรอเบอรรี่

ถึงไร่สตรอเบอรรี่แล้วนะค่ะ แต่ที่นี้ยังไม่ใหญ่มากเพราะเขาเพิ่งเริ่มทำ
ในมือไม่ได้มีแค่สตรอเบอรรี่นะค่ะ ยังมี
เริ่มหิวกันอีกแล้ว55+
ก็กลับไปกินข้าวในหมู่บ้าน ก็กินกันร้านพี่ที่พาเราขับรถเที่ยววันนี้

เมนูมื้อกลางวันสามีอยากลองสั่งของแปลก(สำหรับสามี) มากิน ในซุปถ้วยใหญ่ๆนั่นเองคือ ไก่ดำต้ม
ส่วนตัวไม่ชอบไก่ดำ แต่น้ำซุปเขาทำอร่อยมาก เลยตักแต่น้ำซุปอย่างเดียว

กินกันเสร็จแล้วก็กลับมายังที่พักกันสักงีบ
แต่สามีออกไปเดินเล่นข้างนอก ส่วนเรากับน้องสาวของนอนพัก
พอสามีกลับมา เราก็ออกไปเดินเล่นรอบๆรีสอร์ทว่าเขามีอะไรบ้างแถนนี้
สถานที่แรกที่เจอ อนุสรณ์สถานอดีตทหารจีนและคณะชาติภาคเหนือ

เดินกันไปต่อที่ พระธาตุศรีมหาโพธิ์มงคลบุญชุ่ม

เดินต่อไปเรื่อยๆ
ตอนนี้ใกล้เวลพระอาทิตย์จะตกดิน เราก็เลยไปหาร้านอาหารนั่งรอดูพระอาทิตย์ตก
ร้าน ดอยหอม
ร้านที่บนดอยแม่สลองจะง่ายๆออกแนวจีน
พระอาทิตย์กำลังจะลาลับขอบฟ้า

พระอาทิตย์ตกเรียบร้อยจะรออะไรก็สั่งอาหารทันที 55+
จำชื่ออาหารไม่ได้เลยรอบนี้ จำได้อยู่อย่างคือซุปเยื่อไผ่ แต่ไม่ได้ถ่ายรูป
อิ่มกันเรียบร้อยจ่ายเงิน แล้วก็เดินกลับมายังรีสอร์ท
ถ่ายภาพรีสอร์ทตอนกลางคืนมาให้ดูสักนิด ท้องฟ้าดูสะอาดเห็นพระจันทร์ชัดแจ๋ว

และรูปนี้คือมุมตรงระเบียงห้องพัก
คืนสุดแล้ว  อากาศก็ยังคงเย็นต่อเนื่อง
จบทริปดอยแม่สลองกันแล้วนะค่ะ
อยากกลับไปอีก ชอบมาก คนที่นี่อัธยาศัยน่ารักเป็นมิตรทุกคนเลย
การมาดอยแม่สลองครั้งนี้ เพราะเป็นวันเกิดสามี เขาชอบดื่มชามากๆ ก็เลยเลือกมาที่นี้แล้วก็เป็นที่ถูกใจสามีมาก ได้ดื่มชาฟรีตลอด อากาศก็เย็นๆสบายๆในตอนกลางวัน แต่ตอนเช้ากับตอนกลางคืนหนาวมากสำหรับพวกเรา เพราะเป็นคนไม่ชอบอากาศหนาวกันทั้งคู่
