Steve Hughes brings his unique brand of heavy metal comedy to Bangkok.

Right now I need a good laugh to take my mind off the shitty hand life recently dealt me.

The toughest of times test us, we can fold or find our true metal. Without the bad times we couldn’t really appreciate the good times (the ying to the yang). Hopefully the good time will always outweigh the bad.

So, with almost perfect timing, the stars have aligned and one of my favourite, all-time living stand-up comedians is visiting Bangkok as part of his Asian tour.

Steven Hughes is an internationally renowned stand-up comedian who tells it like it is – non PC, confronting, alarming, intelligent and always hilarious.

The convict wizard from Oz shares his worldly insights into the bleeding obvious and comes armed with more issues than an occupy movement.

Music and Comedy

The inimitable ex-thrash metal drummer (Slaughter Lord, Mortal Sin, Presto, Primordial and Eternum) has been burning up the international comedy circuit for the past 10 years. He has toured throughout Europe, Australia, USA & New Zealand to rave reviews and mutinous laughter.

After storming stages at prestigious invite-only festivals and selling out his solo tours worldwide, Steve returned to Australia in 2014 with a new show “While It’s Still Legal” which sold out at Comedy Festivals across the land.

Most recently Steve wrote and performed his most personable and intimate show yet entitled “Nervous Breakthrough” which was filmed at The Enmore Theatre (Sydney) for his third comedy release.

Steve will breaking rocks at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok on Friday 27^th September 2019.
